Spacious apartment on two floors in an elegant Grade II listed Edwardian house with several flights of stairs and no lift. Right in the City Centre, a few hundred yards from The Hoe sea front, the Barbican and all other main attractions a stones-throw away! The flat can sleep up to 6 guests. But please try to keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the elderly lady who lives just below. Parking included for 1 car for stays of more than 4 nights. Other things to note Please note that there are 3 flights of stairs to reach the flat and 2 in the flat itself. On street Parking is offered for 1 car for stays of more than 4 nights, otherwise pay and display just outside. The mattresses are firm, if you like very soft ones, this may not be the place for you. The 2 sofas in the lounge are 3-seater ones, not the most comfortable ones to sleep on several nights. They are not sofa beds.
