Spacious rooms in magnificent listed Georgian mansion - one of the most beautiful and oldest houses in Torquay. With up-to 5 rooms available it's ideal for families and groups of friends. Every room is large and bright. There's plenty of parking along with the peace and quiet of a secluded, totally private location. The space We don't do a whole house rental, here's how our accommodation works: On the 2nd floor are three double bedrooms (1 King sized bed and two double beds (plus a single bed in the largest bedroom)), a huge sitting/dining room with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster and a shower room. On the 1st floor there is a spectacular principal room with King sized bed and access to a private shower room. With sea views from two of the double bedrooms and the sitting room on the second floor. If you choose to book for up-to 7 people you get the 3 rooms on the 2nd floor - you will have exclusive use of the whole of the 2nd floor with shower room, massive sitting room with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster; it's basically a three bedroomed apartment accessed through the main house. If you book for 8 people or more you will have 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms exclusively for your group with no other guests in the house, you need to book for 8 if you want the 1st floor principal room and 1st floor shower room. If you are booking for 9 people you will need to use the single bed in the largest bedroom on the 2nd floor. If you are booking for 10 or 11 please be aware you will need to use the double futon sofa-bed in the 2nd floor sitting room. The host uses the remainder of the 1st and ground floors. During your stay There's always one of the hosts on site.
