Cottage Sleeps 8 adults, plus 3 sets of bunk beds can sleep 6 children. There is an indoor electric fireplace. The outdoor private backyard includes a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, a large 10-person picnic bench w/umbrella, propane and charcoal bbq grills. Nearby trolly stop is at The Garrison Restaurant. Entire cottage house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and a sitting room with a futon is spacious. With a .6 acre private, fully fenced backyard there’s plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors. The patio features strung lights and a bbq grill and a large 10-person picnic bench. Near amusement parks like The Great Escape Six Flags, wineries and breweries as well as 1 mile to the lake George village. You can get around Lake George by walking, biking, or taking a trolley that has a nearby stop as close as the Garrison or the steamboat company. For a small fee, we can provide bicycles for you to rent during your stay. If you are coming for snowmobiling, the trails start right by our cottage at the Garrison restaurant that’s 1 1/2 blocks away. We also have a large backyard where trailers can be stored. Processing fees charged during booking include a 4% occupancy and laundering tax.
