Large 3 bedroom tan cottage with a sitting room and fenced in .6 acre grassy lot. Situated just outside the village next to Shepard’s Park Beach. Cottage Sleeps 8 adults, plus 3 sets of bunk beds can sleep 6 children. There is an indoor electric fireplace. The outdoor private backyard includes a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, a large 10-person picnic bench w/umbrella, propane and charcoal bbq grills. Nearby trolly stop is at The Garrison Restaurant. The space Entire cottage house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and a sitting room with a futon is spacious. With a .6 acre private, fully fenced backyard there’s plenty of space for enjoying the outdoors. The patio features strung lights and a bbq grill and a large 10-person picnic bench. Guest access You have access to an entire home that is private. You do not have access to the sheds that are on the property. Other things to note If you are coming for snowmobiling, the trails start right by our cottage at the Garrison restaurant that’s 1 1/2 blocks away. We also have a large backyard where trailers can be stored. Processing fees charged during booking include a 4% occupancy and laundering tax.
