The guest space is co-located with our headquarters; my business partner and co-host Dallas lives in the house, shares common areas, and provides onsite support for any issues you may encounter in your stay. Other things to note We pride ourselves on being among the most responsive and detail-oriented property management teams in the area, and were deeply distressed by the accusations made in a recent review. Our guest space has been almost continuously occupied since November 2019, and when a guest informed us of fleas in the room, we immediately removed and replaced the flooring, as well as applying chemical treatments the same day. However, removal is a multi-day process, and we accepted the guest's request that we cancel the reservation with a refund due to the lingering traces of infestation that week. Subsequent guests have reported no issues, and we continue to proactively monitor and clean the area. To reiterate: we had no knowledge of a problem before booking, we took immediate action to resolve the issue, and when that was insufficient, we refunded and vacated the space for full treatment. We will never knowingly expose you to any unsafe conditions, and will gladly refund your money if we cannot resolve an issue. Book with confidence! Jeff
