UNIQUE MINI-MANSION IN SOUTH BEACH

Absolutely gorgeous 3400 sq ft pool house steps to Lincoln Road and the Beach. You won't find a more unique home in all of South Beach. Outfitted with 80's arcades, pool table, 12 foot projector screen, jacuzzi, and designer modern furniture & art The space Hi, we are Ryan and Freddie, and we just love living in Miami Beach!  Our house is literally in the BEST location in all of South Beach - just 1 block to Lincoln Road, 2 blocks to the Convention Center, and 6 blocks to the beach! This is the most unique house rental in all of South Beach - filled with 1980's original arcades (Centipede, Ms. Pacman, and Pole Position), an 8 foot pool table, a heated pool, jacuzzi, rainfall shower, and tons of unique designer pieces of modern art and furniture. The home has 3 nice sized bedrooms in the main house and a 1 bedroom guest house behind the pool. The master has a king sized bed with a 55 inch Plasma TV, double vanity, and rainfall double shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and 52 inch HDTV, and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. All the mattresses are luxury mattresses that are super comfortable. The guest house behind the pool is a separate 1 bed 1 bath that is approximately 750 square feet with a King sized bed, two HDTV's, and separate kitchenette and bathroom/shower. Why stay in a hotel suite for over $1000 a night, when you can have this Spanish style mansion with nearly all the luxuries and amenities of a 5 star resort? Lastly, because we were born and raised here (good luck trying to find an actual native), I can tell you where all the best restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are, which nights are best, and the all of the tourist traps to avoid. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, which includes a private pool, and a separate 750 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bathroom guest house (located behind the pool). Other things to note Check in is at 3pm and check out is at Noon. We can be flexible on those times depending on schedules and bookings.
