The space My flat is on the river side with lovely views out onto the river with outside seating, plants, flowers and space to enjoy the vistas and the sound of the Ness flowing by. All mod cons equipped kitchen - Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, hand blender, pots and pans, bar style dining table, walnut work surfaces. Tumble dryer in hall cupboard. Shared communal close to access the flat. Good, friendly neighbours. Situated 5 minutes walk from the city centre - close to all amenities. On-site private parking. Bright, light and airy, clean and tidy place to stay. Guest access You'll have access to the whole flat and can utilise its space to the full. The flat is on the ground floor with no steps to access. All rooms are on one level. I keep flat essentials in some of the cupboards: clean linens, spare toiletries and cleaning materials, tools for repairs, everything I need to keep the flat ticking over for you and future guests. There is a communal area to the front of the flat that in theory all residents can use, but in practice not many people make it out here. I have seating with all my plant pots and composter out here, with direct access from the patio doors in the living room. Other things to note Scottish Government Short Term Letting Licence issued by the Highland Council: HI-50919-F. The licence renews on 14th July 2027. The only caveats I have for guests staying that might impact your visit is that the flat and site is non-smoking. There are residents on site who smoke but I'm not in favour of it: cigarette stubbs smelling out the rubbish bin or being littered at the front of the flat or at the back of the flat where the main entrance is.
