The quiet and bright room overlooks the internal garden. The building located in a central area of the city, borders the Congress Palace and the Faculty of Economics. The space The room is equipped with a queen size bed and a large window (with mosquito net) overlooking the garden. The flat is at the second floor and you can reach it by a comfortable stair (sorry, the lift is NOT available ... not even for me!). The apartment includes four other private rooms for rent and some common areas (entrance, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms) that you could share with the other guests. Guest access The guests can enjoy the relaxation area and the equipped kitchen; TWO bathroom, shareds with the other guests, have a bathtub. The common areas are cleaned and tidied up EVERY DAY. The room is equipped with a queen size bed and a large window (with mosquito net) overlooking the garden. It is obviously allowed to open the kitchen door to the balcony, where, however, it's FORBIDDEN TO ACCESS. It's FORBIDDEN PARKING cycles and motorcycles inside the building. ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE GARDEN OF THE BUILDING, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. During your stay Bathrooms and common areas are cleaned and tidied up daily. Disposable gloves are available in the apartment. We change the linen every 4 days; each guest has a shower towel and two other smaller ones. If required, guest can receive an extra change of linen. Each room has a drying rack and a fan; windows and external doors are equipped with mosquito nets. Other things to note You can park in front of the building for €1,25/hour from 8am to 8pm, free from 8pm to 8am and Sunday. Nearby parking is free all day. TO CHECK-IN: from 8pm onwards we offer the SELF-CHECK-IN service without time constraints, the methods of which will be communicated only after the booking and allowed only if preceded by the sending of personal details. TOURIST TAX: according to current regulations, Municipality of Pisa has recently communicated the new rates of the Tourist Tax (: €2,50 per person/per day) to be collected at check-in.
