The house is located in a beautiful tropical garden of 7000 m². Tucked in the south-eastern corner of Koh Samui, this modern and spacious beach house comes complete with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. This spacious 2 bed room house features a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms with a large bathtub, air conditioning and a balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and double beds. We charge a deposit for average usage of electricity which is 9 THB per KwH. The space A fully equipped kitchen gives guests the opportunity to prepare meals. Guests have access to a television in the living room. The house is situated just less than 1-minute walk from the swimming pool and the beach. The center of Lamai, with its many restaurants and bars is 2 km away from the complex and easily reached. Excursions and other activities can be booked directly at the resort.
