Hi this is my Sister-in-law's property which she renovated in 2015. I run it as she has a school in Japan that keeps her very busy. Grade II listed building recently sympathetically renovated. This historical gem is a16th century terraced town house footsteps from the beaches and harbor and one of the oldest in Tenby. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house Other things to note Half Terms, Easter etc & 1st July - 1st September minimum 7 night stay. During summer the centre of Tenby is mainly a vehicle-free zone. A permit will be left at the house with notes on how to use it to enter the town but this can only be used to drop and pick up from the house eg. luggage and what not, it does not permit parking. The walled town is pedestrianised between 11am to 5pm from around the 19th July to 7th September, with only certain vehicles permitted entry. During the pedestrianisation period, there are two Park and Ride bus services. The buses run from the North Beach car park to the harbour and from the Salterns car park to South Parade. They depart every 15 minutes, between 10am and 6pm daily. The service costs 50p per adult per trip or £1 per family (2 adults, 2 children) Dogs are welcome but we ask they stay on the ground floor as we have had problems with dogs on beds in the past. You are in the centre of town and there is a Pub garden that backs onto the house so please be aware before booking that it can get noisy at times.
