And comfortable seating for our guests Our kitchen has all the cooking utensils you will need for a delicious home made meal. A traditional filipino home is not complete without a rice cooker which we provide and you’ll be delighted to see that we regularly stock the home with rice for you to cook. We can provide a few humble snacks. Mineral water and dispenser is also regularly stocked. Every room in our home has brand new air conditioning. *check amenities for detailed list of what we provide* We are a short walk from the residence pool perfect for a refreshing swim! Free private parking is available. We will be there to give you a warm welcome and hand you the keys to the residence. If you have any issues with the residence then we are available for you to contact and can arrive shortly if you need us in person. Pontefino is a charming residential development nestled at the heart of Batangas City. Bridge life and leisure as you enjoy your stay secluded from the noise of the urban jungle, with recreational activities and amenities within your reach. Pontefino is linked by a private road directly to SM Batangas where you can arrive within 5 mins. Following this road will lead you to nearby public transport which will most likely be 'tricycles' but taxis are also available. If you are bringing your own vehicle then you are able to park it in the private space attached to the home. * We will advise you on how to enter the vehicle during contact as you will have to be let in by security*.
