Welcome visitors!! Bring your friends and families to our newly remodeled 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house. Which sits on a fully fenced lot over 2 acres. This home is a perfect place for your stay. Enjoy the beautiful sunset with mountain views and the amazing night sky. The house is only 2 blocks from local convenience stores and gas station. 8 miles to downtown (casinos, Walmart, restaurants, etc.) and close to Death Valley National Park and Red Rock Canyon National Park The space Our home is fully equipped to give you the " being at home" experience. Full kitchen with electric range and oven, microwaves and refrigerator. Coffee is provided for the " morning persons". A large flat screen TV is connected to Wifi for cast your favor shows. Outdoor table and seats are provided for star gazing and enjoy the beautiful night sky. Guest access Everything on the lot can be accessed except the garage. There is a covered carport for your sedans. The concrete drive way in front of the garage is able to park up to three cars. ***Our host team reserve the right to access to the yard for maintenance.*** Other things to note The BBQ Grill, Firepit, Washer And Dryer Are Free To Use But We Don't Provide Firewood, Charcoal Or Detergent And Guests Need To Clean It After Use It. Wash Your Dishes. Don't drive your car onto the paver area in front of the entry door. Violation to pay $100. When You Leave, Please Put All Trash in The Trash Bin. To Avoid Toilet Clogged, please do not throw large amounts of toilet paper into the toilet. To Avoid Ants and Pests Coming In To Look For Food, Please Don't Leave Garbage Inside House. NO Parties Are Allowed!! $50 / person per night to be charged if bring extra guests to stay over night without pre-approval by host. Electric Vehicle Charging Fee: $10 with host pre-approval $50 without pre-approval ***Regular outlet only. We don't provide 30 or 50 amp outlet. No Smoking Inside The House. Pet Needs Pre-approval By Host. We need more time to clean up before next guests check in especially during the covid-19 pandemic. Our Check Out Time is 11am. Here's the Late Check-out Options but need to be pre-approval by us: Check-out by 12pm without extra charge. Check-out by 1pm, half of the nightly rate will be charged.
