Cool mountain retreat in the Heustadl - up to 27 people

The theme of "mountain camp" reinterpreted, interwoven with co-living & working. Formerly a hay barn, today it is an enchanting retreat for groups of up to 27 people. The lovely "sleeping nests" smell of wood and offer a breathtaking view of the mountains. The 6 showers, toilets and vanities create a hygge flair with nostalgic tiles. The 6-meter-high "wooden ship", traversed by ribbons of light, open kitchen landscape and quality tables make this retreat unique! The space In 2017, our former hay barn was extensively developed into a unique retreat or mountain camp for community activities. On over 400 m² you have just about everything a hut fan could dream of: sleep in our 11 camp nests on the top floor for a total of 27 guests on natural mattresses (7 x 2 beds, 3 x 3 beds and 1 x 4 beds). Those who get out of the nests will find a 20-meter-long sanitary block with 6 showers, 6 toilets and 6 sinks - all with nostalgic tiles. One floor down is a spacious kitchen area, fully equipped with quality enamel dishes and a long community table. With two dishwashers, three refrigerators and 2 stoves, the 27 people can easily cater for themselves. Spatially connected is an up to 6-meter-high and 150 m² open space ("wooden ship"), with hundred-year-old planks, flexible and open for activities of all kinds. A separate entrance to the camp leads to storage rooms for skis, bikes, etc. We heat the fully insulated building with a central pellet heating system. In all rooms there are radiators and a fireplace in the "wooden ship" provides a cozy atmosphere. In the same building is an authentically renovated farm CABIN for another 10 people also bookable via Airbnb. Guest access Our guests have direct access to the surrounding meadows, terraces, access roads and permanent parking spaces (about 200 meters away). Wi-Fi is free Other things to note IMPORTANT!!! The Airbnb fixed price includes 16 people, from which our camp is exclusively reserved. Each additional person (i.e. max. 11 people) is €44 per night (excl. local tax), additional children up to the age of 15 for €24.
