Saltwater swimming pool located on our side of the property with an adjoining gate/fence for guests enjoyment. Paradise Breeze speaks for itself. One minute drive to our local Cafes and Restaurants The Broadwater/ Village shopping at Paradise Point. The space Our boutique guesthouse is private, modern yet cozy for 2 adults. Beautiful breezes. Smart TV in the lounge area with free wifi available. A wall mounted smart tv in the bedroom. A 6kw inverter reverse cycle air conditioning that gets deep cleaned twice per year. 5 kw air conditioner in the living area. Quiet ceiling fan. Big kitchenette, well equipped & filled with all your essential needs that will make you feel right at home. Electrical cooking equipment such as an electric induction cooker, large and small electric frying pans, rice cooker, toastie maker in the cupboards ect. Coffee percolator with great quality percolated ground coffee's in the cupboards. New coffee bean grinder plus coffee beans. Large selection of teas. If you require anything during your stay please advise prior to arrival or while you are here. The pool is new and guests are welcome to use the pool as it is located on our side of the property with a pool fence/gate for guest access. Guest access The entire guesthouse is yours to enjoy. You have your own gate. Very wide street for street parking so please park at the front of our house only as we have a long front street frontage. We are in and out through the day but always available should you require anything. The guesthouse is seperate to our house and is fully fenced off. The property is fully secure with sensor lights for the evenings. You have your own key lock box. Please note no swimming after 8pm. Other things to note You have a key lock box for you to self check in and check out. You have your own washing machine and clothes line at the back of the guesthouse. Washing detergents are under the kitchen sink. The bin is to the right as you exit the guesthouse behind the wooden gate. Our local beaches have very long walkways along the Broadwater as seen in the photos.
