The space The place is a large studio (25m2), fully independant, on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. The wide parisian view over the large boulevard Richard Lenoir gives light, and full privacy given the distance with neighbours on the other side ! This apartment fits perfectly for couples or alone travellers, for business or pleasure ! The apartment has all that you need for a good night sleep : - Large quality bed (160cm = Queen size) - Double glazing for silent nights To prepare yourself : - Bathroom with a good shower head over the bath, hairdryer, etc. - Washing machine and dryer To enjoy breakfasts, apéro, etc ;-) with up to 4 people : - Kitchen equiped with expresso machine, fridge, boiler, etc. - Table for breakfasts - Smart speaker Or if you have some work to do : - Good internet with fiber - Desk for working Guest access The whole apartment visible on the pictures will be all yours. For your luggages, there is a hotel nearby that can keep them. - Air conditioning : the apartment does not have air conditioning. Paris is an old city air conditioning is really rare in apartments. In the summer there will be fans in all rooms. - Floor / Elevator : The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator.
