Large studio in cute cottage.

Studio on the ground floor, newly designed,simple,functional and completely self-contained. 140 bed,very good mattress, duvet. The bathroom is attached,but independent, with sink,shower,WC and washing machine. This large studio of 27m2 has a kitchen area,(with a real oven). It faces south,on a wooded garden,with lawn. We are in a very quiet area, at the foot of the Château des Magnans; with a beautiful view of the Ubaye mountains. The space This place is quiet, with a nice view; it is set up to have total autonomy. Everything is made for maximum tranquility.(just close the doors!) It is located at the foot of the highest road pass in Europe,the Col de la Bonette (2808m). Many cyclists and bikers have made it their favorite terrain (23 km climb to 7.9% on average!) 250 m away is the water body, with all its activities (Tennis, Climbing Wall,equipment bodybuilding, course in the trees,especially for children,as well as a small bar and a nice nice restaurant.) We love pets (when they don't bark all the time), and our garden has a hammock in the shade, armchairs, and deckchairs. It's nice to walk on the lawn (same barefoot) and watch the birds and gourmet squirrel! Guest access Private parking,garden and covered garage for motorcycles or bikes on request. Other things to note Naturalist guide, Mountain Coach, Ski Instructor and Graduated Nordic Ski Trainer,I would be happy to advise guests on the possibilities and routes of the area.(hiking, biking,mountain biking,snowshoeing and all the ways to practice skiing). People interested in nature will also be able to find directions for routes , remarkable plants, the easiest animals to approach, and small personalized tips.
