In a few minutes, you will be at Passeig de Gracia to admire the Gaudi houses & on la Rambla de Catalunya where you can do some shopping. Perfect for families or groups of friends or colleagues who want to enjoy a cozy and peaceful atmosphere while being in the heart of the Barcelona action. The space Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room with balcony facing the street, and 2 bathrooms with toilet. It consists of a single room, another one with a comfortable bunk bed, and the last room suite with a double bed. All the rooms overlook an inner courtyard giving great tranquility and no street noise allowing you to relax and sleep peacefully before going to explore the city! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a convenient bar area for a snack or a glass of good wine while you cook. There is a washing machine and you can dry your clothes on one of the drying racks (inside and outside). Please note that the coffee machine is filtered, and there is NO dishwasher. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment and its elevator access shared with the rest of the neighbors in the building.
