Rest like a Queen in court in our Queen Anne Suite downstairs. Enjoy Charlie's Theatre sits 8+ or enjoy our Swimming Pool right outside our sliding doors. Our workout room & Game room are also available for your use. Located in Harlingen, Tx 20 min. from Airport, nearby shopping and 45 min. to South Padre Island. The space The Carriage House is our home located in Harlingen, TX We offer over 64 amenities and ask you take care of them as you would your own. Our spacious & beautiful home provides a lot of lighting but we ask that you turn off the lights not in use. One light outside & inside overnight is greatly appreciated. All entryways are monitored via surveillance cameras but please check all doors are locked including sliding doors before you checkout. We are minutes away to HEB,Target, DollarTree, Stripes, SAMS, Hobby Lobby, Bass Pro Shop, & several restaurants i.e Longhorn Steakhouse, Hooters, Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden & Chick Fil A to name a few. Guest access All guests have access to bedroom(s), including Maids room for a goodnights rest. Also all living & sitting room areas, the game room (blue room), Charlie's Theatre, Workout room equipped with an exercise machine (Eliptical) & small hand weights, Outdoor Swimming Pool and Laundry room downstairs. There are 4 dining areas to choose from i.e Formal Dining, Breakfast Nook, Luncheon round table or Large Kitchen Island. Fully equipped Kitchen for your use with access to additional Kitchen supplies in Butler’s room. (Please leave our Kitchen clean) Feel free to use decorated plates on table or remove all plates and replace upon checkout. Dishwasher available for your use. Dishwasher soap available under kitchen sink. Please run the “normal or Heavy cycle” No Access to Garage No Access to Washer/Dryer upstairs (use Washer/Dryer downstairs) Other things to note Trash pickup is on Monday & Thursday please have trash bins at street curb the night before for an early 6am pickup. Two trash bins have been provided for your use. Place the trash bins to the left of the mailbox side by side. I will provide you with replacement trash bags during your stay. Should you use the Grill please roll it away from the patio area for use.
