In the heart of the Alps, you will find calm, greenery and stunning views of the mountains! 3 km from the highway exit, you can explore the region and do many activities: walks, hikes, skiing, biking, water activities, tree climbing, cultural activities and dream landscapes! Less than 1 hour from the family ski resorts of Beaufortain and the 1st large ski areas of Tarentaise, the Vanoise National Park and Annecy. The space Ludivine, Jeff and their 2 children welcome you to their 60 m2 cottage, completely renovated in their house, where you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen - A living room, with quality bedding (Dunlopillo) and TV - A spacious bathroom with toilet - A large bedroom with a double bed (possibility to add an extra mattress) - A balcony overlooking the alpine pastures of the Grand Arc massif - A garden and private parking - A closed shelter for bicycles, skis... - A separate entrance Other things to note Respect the tranquility of the premises. No one from outside. Please be quiet after 10 p.m. You can smoke on the terrace and in the garden but absolutely not in the accommodation. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) provided. Equipment: raclette, fondue, pancake party. Cleaning at your expense, or cleaning fee in addition €30. A baby potty is stored in the bathroom. Note: 1 step in the accommodation.
