Guest access Convenient location: the building is located right outside a tram stop, the Sai Ying Pun MTR A1 station, and plenty of grocery stores, and local fruit and produce markets. • 2 minute walk to various coffee shops (Winston's Coffee, Today is Long, Bluebird Coffee) • 5 minute walk to Yardbird • 15 minute walk to Soho The best drop off points to get to the building is either on Ko Shing St., otherwise Des Voeux Road West and Sutherland St. Other things to note Being that this is a commercial space, the building/lobby gate does close from around 12am - 7am. White the gate locks after 12am, it can be manually unlocked by pulling on the metal piece so that there is full 24hr access into the building. Please note that this building only has one elevator and that the unit is on the 10th floor. Therefore in the event that it should stop, please be aware before booking that one should be physically comfortable to climb the stairs. However, should key elements of the building (elevator or water) stop during your stay, you will be refunded for the days where they are suspended.
