This 300 year old Town house is found in traditional Maltese Town known as Floriana built in 1650 by Grand Master Floriani. Literally a stone throw away from Valletta being a 5 min. walk to the capital. Ideal place for people who would like to experience culture, history & tradition. The space This small town house is ideal for two people and possibly a third although the third would need to sleep on the sofa. It is built on two floors having its own private door at street level. It was our first home...we just loved it :) Entrance from main door leads to a staircase leading to first floor where one can find a kitchen incl. an electric hob, kettle, fridge plus all usual kitchen accessories. There is also a small living space with a sofa with a traditional closed timber balcony. A staircase from first floor leads to the second floor where one can find the bedroom behind which is a walk-in shower. There is also a bathroom having wc and a sink plus a washing machine if needed. IMP: Access to bedroom is not from that ladder in the photos. Access is from a staircase. Note: - Wifi is included. - Air condition is found in kitchen level only. - Ceiling fan can be found in the bedroom. - There is an open shower behind the bed (look at pictures to get an idea). For the water to start the shower head must be placed on the floor as there is a pump. Please ask when you arrive. Ideal for younger middle age couples due to stairs being an old building. Guest access Access is from a private door at street level.
