Get ready for a relaxing retreat in a beautiful new home with absolutely STUNNING views of Lake Granby and the mountains. Big windows provide beautiful views from every room. Our large wrap around deck allows you to enjoy the fresh Rocky Mountain air without ever leaving the home, while the central location gives you access to everything you are looking for in a mountain vacation. We have child amenities available to make packing easier, and pups are welcome to join you for a pet fee. The space This is a brand new, beautiful home ready for YOU! Our Granby Getaway home is centrally located, making it the perfect fit for any guest. Do as much or as little as you want and you won't be disappointed! Guest access You have access to our entire home with the exception of 2 owners closets. Please be prepared for snow and mud conditions on the driveway as this is a mountain property. Other things to note Board games and extra blankets are located in the coffee table in the living room and in the dresser in the loft. TV, movies and a Playstation 3 game console are available in the loft. The TV is equipped with an Apple TV to access apps for Netflix, HBO GO and Disney Plus. This space is extremely kid friendly. There is a pack n play, high chairs, and toys available for your children. There are kid friendly plates, cups and utensils available for your use. There are baby/dog gates available that can be set up at each staircase. The kitchen sink cabinet has a baby proofed lock kitchen (under the sink). Childproof outlets. Well behaved pups (limit of 2) are welcome to join you for your visit for a pet fee (see house rules). There is a gate on the porch as well to keep kiddos and pets on the deck to enjoy the fresh air without escaping. Please note as of 3/21/21, due to the feedback of our guests we added window coverings in all bedrooms. The lofted area with the bunk beds does not have window coverings as to not obstruct the beautiful lake views. We are a smoke free property and drone flying is not allowed on our neighborhood.
