The upper level offers three more bedrooms - 2 king bedrooms & one bunk room (full over full). These 3 upstairs bedrooms share 2 spacious full bathrooms. If you are an early-riser, you'll enjoy gorgeous sunset views of the mountains from the 2 upstairs King bedrooms. The lower level offers the fourth full bathroom in the home for easy rinse-off before and after swimming in the pool. All three levels have beautiful covered decks with ample seating and string lights. The top level deck has a fun hanging egg-chair and 5 rocking chairs. The main level deck has a hot tub and comfy seating for 4, plus a fireplace and smart tv. The lower level deck has 4 adirondack chairs, plus a bar-height table with 4 barstools. Inside the pool room, you'll find 4 more adirondack chairs, along with a bar-height table and 4 more bar stools, and a bench that accommodates 2. The pool room also has a foosball table. On the top floor, you'll also find 2 standup arcade games. In the comfy family room, you'll find seating for 6, a fireplace and smart tv, and a collection of board games. In the dining room, there is a table that seats 6 or 8, depending on how close you like to be! The kitchen is modern and stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Granite countertops and ample cabinet space allow for easy meal prep. You'll find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove/microwave, toaster, coffee maker (pod + basket style), pots & pans, utensils, bakeware, crock pot, blender, handmixer, dishes, flatware, glasses/mugs, wine glasses (+ plastic ones for decks or pool), kids' dinnerware, and more items for meal prep and serving. We try to keep basics like salt & pepper, sugar, oil, and a few common spices available on the honor-system that guests leave what they didn't use for the next visitors. We supply all bed sheets, pillows, quilts, blankets, bath towels and pool towels based on the number of people registered to stay with your group. We also supply each guest group with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soaps, sample size shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher pods and trash bags. If you feel like your group may need more, there is a Publix grocery store just one mile from the cabin. Please feel free to bring your favorite coffee to enjoy in our coffee maker. Our pool temperature is set in the low 80's, and our hot tub can be adjusted as high as 104 degrees. We empty, clean and refill our hot tub between each group of guests. It takes a few hours to reheat after cleaning, so give it a little time after you arrive to heat with the cover on if it is not yet as hot as you like it. The pool is professionally serviced, cleaned, and chemicals balanced between each group of guests. We have a lock for the pool gate that parents control - it should remain locked with children in the cabin, and children must be supervised at all times. We also have a child-safety alarm in the pool that monitors any disturbance of the water surface. You will get instructions for disarming it while you are using the pool. The pool is roughly 8' wide by 15' long, and around 4' deep or a little less. No diving or jumping or roughhousing is ever allowed in the pool - parents are responsible for their children's safety. There are smart tv's in each of the 4 bedrooms, as well as one in the family room and one on the main level deck above the fireplace. Please bring your passwords to log into your streaming accounts or screen-cast from your devices to these tv's. The cabin has wifi and you will be supplied with the network name and password before checking in. No cable channels are available, but feel free to stream anything on your phone or other device using your home tv-provider login, and then you could smart-cast from your device to any tv. There is reserved space to park 3 cars at the cabin. The roads leading to the cabin are not steep or scary like some other cabin locations in the Smokies. There is a very brief, paved hill coming into the neighborhood, but nothing difficult. Check-in is easy with your own personal door code sent to you before you arrive. You will additionally find a stacked washer/dryer in the cabin. Also there is a private outdoor park-style charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal and lighter. You'll have your own secured bear-proof trash bins under the front porch, along with a neighborhood dumpster if you need it. The house is also treated monthly for bugs and critters. We have designed our cabin with all the little details that make it comfortable, beautiful, and fun for you, our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access You will receive a unique door code the day before your stay begins. You'll be able to use it on the door keypad anytime after 4:00 on your check-in day, and it will be valid until your 10:00 check-out on your departure day. The whole cabin is yours.
