Very near the excellent local pub Carpenters Arms, the church and the Wells to Walsingham light railway line which stops in Wighton. Perfect for couples, families (children over 5) and twitchers. Dogs welcome (max 2). The space Owl Cottage ground floor - entrance hall, toilet, Off hall, kitchen (undercounter fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans). Small utility room off kitchen (undercounter freezer and washing machine, microwave), off hall - separate dining room, separate living room. Please note: no doors to any of the ground floor rooms - open plan. Not recommended for children under 5 - no stairgates. First floor - stairs from entrance hall to first floor landing. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room with toilet. Bedroom 2 - Superking bed - 6 foot wide (can be made into twin beds), Bedroom 3 - King bed - 5 foot wide. Shared family bathroom is off landing between Bedroom 2 and 3 has a bath with hand held shower attachment (not overhead), toilet and wash basin. Linen and towels supplied.
