Riad Art de Vivre (Family Riad – Exclusive)

A little gem of a riad, brand new and with refined decoration, which is perfect for families or groups of friends. Located near the entrance to the Souks (Dar el Bacha and Bab Laksour) and a 7-minute walk to the famous Djemaa El Fna Square. The space The Riad Art de Vivre, a refinedly decorated riad, has been completely renovated respecting Moroccan architecture. Thanks to local artisans and their know-how, the Riad Art de Vivre harmoniously blends traditional craftsmanship and modern Moroccan design. This 254 m2 riad is composed of: 1 Moroccan living room with a wall fountain, 1 dining room with fireplace, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 TV lounge (international channels), 4 double bedrooms + a double bedroom on the terrace (with their private shower room and private TV), a terrace with seating area and an over-terrace with deckchair and small lounge for aperitifs on the rooftops of Marrakech Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the rental price. If you would like continental or Moroccan breakfast to be served in the morning, an additional 8 euro per person (85drh), per breakfast, will be charged. Cleaning: Cleaning of the riad upon checkout is included in the rental price. Daily housekeeping is provided. Our housekeeper will come by the Riad every day to make your rooms and clean the Riad. If you do not wish to use this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. Bedroom s: All our bedrooms have air conditioning. They are equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) except the terrace bedroom (two separate single beds but possibilities to put them together), a flat screen TV (international channels), a mini bar so that your drinks stay cool, a safe and a wardrobe. Each bedroom has its own shower room (consisting of a shower, sink and toilet). Hot Tub: a jacuzzi is at your disposal (24/7) it can accommodate up to 6 people. Its dimensions are 2.90 m x 2.60 m Bathroom linen: We provide you with very good quality bath towels and bath linens as well as bathrobes (Balzatex). Bedding: The dimensions of the mattresses (160 x 200). They were chosen for their qualities and comfort. We also placed a mattress topper on each mattress to further improve comfort. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, panini/croque monsieur grill, large gas stove with oven, coffee machine, etc. There is no dishwasher. Wi-Fi connection: Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available throughout the riad and is free. Non-smokers and smokers: Riad Art de Vivre is a non-smoking riad. Smokers are invited to smoke on the terrace where ashtrays are available. Guest access Please let us know (48 hours before your arrival, at the latest) your arrival time so that we can welcome you at Bab Doukkala Mosque (200 m from the Riad) to take you to the Riad. Taxis and/or our own drivers will drop you off at Bab Doukkala Mosque, which is 200 m from the Riad. Parking for cars is available 200 m from the Riad, along Bab Doukkala Mosque. Parking is guarded by a neighborhood guard. Parking is paid. Other things to note - The rental price does not include tourist taxes. Tourist taxes are mandatory and are €2.50 per person, per night. - The Airbnb price includes: riad rental, VAT (10%) and riad cleaning when you check out. - Daily cleaning of your rooms and terrace is offered (except on legal holidays). If you do not wish to benefit from this service (which is offered), you can cancel it but it will not be refunded. - Our housekeeper will not be responsible for doing your laundry, dishes, meals, groceries etc unless this has been discussed in advance. - The rental price does not include breakfast. If you would like us to serve you a breakfast please let us know before your arrival. The price of breakfast is €8 per person. - For late arrivals, after 8pm, an extra charge for night work will be charged. This surcharge is 15€ (165 Dirhams). - When we welcome you to the Riad Art de Vivre, we will visit the premises together and give you all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. - Our guests are kindly asked to respect the riad, its furniture and decoration. - Our guests are kindly asked to respect the customs of the country as well as the neighborhood.
