Other things to note IMPORTANT: Noise may occur during working days due to construction work in the adjacent building, as well some music noise from the bars nearby, especially on weekend nights. Fridays/Saturdays & Summer nights may be noisier for there are more people on the streets. Please note that Lisbon’s summer festivals take place during the month of June (“Festas de Lisboa,” a city-wide street festival, in honor of Saint Anthony, the city's patron). Happily, our double pane windows and wooden shutters are effective in isolating the noise from outside. EXTRA FEES: • Our base price applies to One Queen Bed for 1 to 2 people • For every EXTRA GUEST from the 3rd person, an additional fee applies of 45€/guest/night. – Extra LINEN 30€ provided upon request – Extra TOWELS 15€ (bath+face) provided upon request • CHILDREN of all ages also count as guests (all linen and towels included + Baby travel cot available upon request). SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: • Our guests be given access to the flat by the porter at the reception (24/7) – inside you'll find a key to the apartment door. • Our check-in/out times are flexible and upon request & availability (generally check-in after 15:00 and check-out till 11:00) OPTIONAL IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: • For guests who prefer to be personally welcomed by our staff, we provide in-person check-ins for 30€ per appointment. • Late/Early Check-in: an extra 20€ fee applies for in-person check-in between 21:00–9:00 (including flight changes, delays with flights or transports, and all situations for which we cannot be held responsible - we appreciate your understanding). • DELAYS: When the guest arrives later than agreed for reasons of their responsibility, an extra fee applies after 30 minute tolerance, at the rate of 7,5€ per each 0h30. KEYS: • The provided key must be returned upon check-out. • Lost/missing key: in case the key is lost/missing upon check-out, the door lock shall be replaced for safety reasons, and the guest will be charged with the costs: minimum 75€ for the lock replacement + 20€ per lost key. INTERMEDIATE CLEANING: • For stays of 8 days or longer, we offer an intermediate overall cleaning: this will be required not only to ensure our guests the best comfort possible, as to check that all equipment/appliances are functioning properly in the apartment.
