Only minutes away driving to food area or restaurants, Galaxy Mall and Pakuwon Mall. Airlangga University ( UNAIR) is only about 5 minutes driving, and University of Surabaya (UBAYA) is about 15 minutes drive, Institute Technology Sepuluh November (ITS) is within 5 minutes walking. The space About 18 sqm in size, this Room can accomodates up to 2 guests. The bed size is 160cm , a working desk and chest of drawers are provided. All rooms are using smart card locking system.
