This isn't a listing just for rent. So I count on the kindness of guests to respect the premises. I leave space in the bedroom closet to store your laundry but it's not a huge space. My apartment is located in a condominium with 5 units. It's important to respect the quietness of the residence and to park properly in the designated spaces.
