It is situated opposite the beach, next to the old town. The space The front door to the apartment building is located next to Palou del Rei Moro and a lift/elevator takes you to the first floor where only this apartment is situated. On entering the apartment you are into the living/dining/kitchen room which is spacious and modern with clean white lines. Double sliding glass doors gives a panoramic view of the beautiful Mediterranean. The balcony is ideal just to sit and relax taking in the views, feeling at ease with the world whilst sipping your cold glass of Cava. In the living room area there is a flat screen 'smart' TV, WiFi and comfy seating and in the dining area can be found a circular table and 4 chairs. the kitchen has a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and all you need for a self catering holiday. A corridor leads from the living space to the bedrooms, of which there are two, the first has a 150" double bed, fitted wardrobes a Juliet balcony overlook one of Sitges beautiful narrow streets. From this bedroom you access an ensuite, with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds size 90, a fitted wardrobe and also a small Juliet balcony with views of the narrow street. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. From the corridor you will also find a door leading to a small utility room which houses the washing machine and space to store your suitcases.
