In our welcoming small village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line n°22). On about 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Floor: two bedrooms (140 double beds) and wc. Ski resorts 50 minutes away max. The space Our accommodation is rated 2 stars and is independent. Sheets and bath linens are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning fee / linen fee: 47 euros, automatically included in the price of your reservation. Independent terrace. Barbecue possible (let us know). Dogs and cats are welcome, provided they are not left alone in the accommodation, if possible. Additional charge of €15/animal/stay. Guest access Free parking is reserved for you near the house. Motorcyclists are welcome! Closed garage for up to three motorcycles (based on availability) and an ideal starting point for exploring the roads of Haute-Savoie, Jura, Switzerland, and the surrounding area. Other things to note On sunny days, you can have lunch on the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, dedicated to the accommodation.
