The apartment offers a kitchenette (for preparing coffee, tea and warming up food), a dining and sitting area, you will share with guests from all over the world. Guest access On top of this 4-story house you'll find a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun, watching sunsets or just chill out after discovering Stone Town and surrounding. During your stay I will not be available in person, but I will accompany you using the Airbnb app and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note (*) Please note: Electricity in Zanzibar is very expensive! That’s why we take an additional charge of 10.000 TZS/night ($90/month) for the AC, but ONLY when using it. This additional payment must be made upon delivery the remote control. We provide a laundry service that will be done by our housekeeping ladies for 10.000 TZS per load.
