All cameras are motion-activated and record only when triggered. They are located OUTSIDE only and are not actively monitored, but footage may be reviewed only in the event of a security concern. The other side of the building is also offered as a separate Airbnb listing. However, it has its own private entrance and bathroom, ensuring privacy for both spaces. The only shared wall is in the bathroom area, and a large utility closet between the two spaces further buffers sound. Guests consistently report that noise is minimal or unnoticeable, making your stay peaceful and undisturbed. Other things to note Please note that the driveway is shared with the main house at the front of the property, where we also reside and occasionally host guests. We kindly ask that you drive slowly and with care when entering and exiting, as there may be pedestrians or other vehicles. In the rare event that the main driveway is blocked, please feel free to knock on the front door and politely ask for the vehicle to be moved. This is not typical, but we appreciate your understanding just in case it happens. If your stay requires more than 28 days, we ask that you book an addition to the Airbnb reservation, as any longer would constitute a long-term rental agreement. We want to make sure everyone's expectations are met accordingly. If your stay is longer than 7 days we require a cleaning once a week with a $25 fee. We will change the sheets and provide fresh towels. We require all guests who are staying or visiting the property to be registered as part of the reservation. This is a requirement of Airbnb and ours, as our insurance company requires it. We do charge $25 per guest for the entire reservation. We do not monitor who is coming and going, so we don't do guests for individual nights.
