Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ The space The annex is above a double garage. You will have the sole use of the entire upstairs annexe which is separate to the main house with its own entrance and small separate patio. This will be your private space during your stay. We may at times access the downstairs garage directly below the annex which we use as storage space. There is a small bistro table and chairs set for you to use on the patio. During summer months there will be a bbq/fire pit for you to use - just bring your own coals ,fire starters and food. We will provide all utensils. We can provide a large bag of firewood for £8 We provide plates ,cutlery, mugs, cups and wine glasses. We welcome families travelling with children but please note that to gain entry to the annex you have to climb an external metal staircase. We do not have a stair gate fitted nor a child lock on the door. It is up to you to decide if this is suitable for your individual circumstances. We regret to advise that the annex is not suitable for people with mobility issues. We have a travel cot with all bedding available for an additional £10 per booking.
