The space The farmhouse where the apartment is located was built by my father and is located on a large meadow surrounded by mountains. The apartment is 75 m² and can accommodate 2-4 people. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove + oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher, dishes and cookware, dish towels, cutlery, a round table and armchairs), 1 bedroom with double bed (with bedding), 1 living/bedroom (seating area, extra bed, TV), a bathroom (2 sinks, 1 bathtub and towels), a spacious hallway and toilet. It also has a balcony facing south. Except in the winter season, our main season, the apartment can also be rented for a longer period. Guest access In addition to the apartment, all guests can use the large parlor with the open fireplace. The sauna and ping pong room are there for everyone, as well as the entire outdoor area. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Our house is located directly at the foot of Fanningberg, a ski mountain. The valley station can be reached without a car, as there is a bus station 150 meters from the house. The ski bus is free, by the way. In good weather conditions you can ski or sled down to the house. 250 meters in front of the house is a small lake with an outdoor park for climbing and boating for all ages. Part of it can be used for free. Also, there is a riding stable within 10-15 minutes' walking distance, where lessons, rides, hiking and horse-drawn carriage rides (in all seasons) are offered. The footpath to the farm is a gravel path on which there is a driving ban for the most part, so it can also be walked on by children alone without any problems.
