Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss). The space The space is safe and secluded providing an ideal base for exploring the local area. Suitable for light self-catering, this is a convenient location for visiting the Georgian town of Lymington with its Saturday market and yachting centre, the Isle of Wight and the New Forest. It is half a mile away from the beautiful Keyhaven Nature Reserve where you can spot Marsh Harrier, Peregrine and Merlin. You can also visit Hurst Castle by walking along Hurst spit or taking a ferry from Keyhaven. From the Beech Hut you are a few minutes away from wonderful countryside walks taking you across fields with magnificent views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight. There is a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, king-size bed, private seating area outside. The kitchen has a fridge with icebox, kettle, microwave, induction hob (single ring, plug-in), toaster and coffee maker. A small table and chairs are provided for eating. There is a washing machine available in a covered area at the back of the cabin. An iron and ironing board are provided, a hair dryer, towels and bedlinen. We can accept ONE SMALL, WELL BEHAVED DOG by arrangement (PLEASE TEXT ME TO DISCUSS). On your arrival there will be a welcome pack provided. We can also loan maps of the area showing the local walks. We have 4 chickens and a cockerel. The cockerel Eric, is close to the cabin and he does crow quite loudly and early on a summer morning, later in winter as dawn comes later. Our chickens no longer lay as they are elderly, however we provide eggs from local, free range chickens. Guest access Please note: Sorry no camper vans as not enough room in drive or on road.
