The room is on the ground floor of a one-family house. Single-room with single bed (one bed on the picture was removed for more space). Private balcony. Shower/toilet and kitchen for the guests of both rooms (there is another single-room). Internet WIFI. Without meals. Use of washing machine CHF 20.-/month. Parking available. On the same floor the owner has her office but the clients have their own toilet. The owner just uses the kitchen to prepare coffee and tee. Other things to note In the canton of BL, all guests pay a guest tax of CHF 3.50/night, which is charged for a maximum stay of 30 nights. Guests will receive a mobility ticket for this purpose, which allows free use of public transport in the entire area of the TNW. As of April 1, 2018, Airbnb will collect this fee and forward it to Baselland Tourism. We will deliver the ticket to you via print@home.
