Own onsite parking space, own patio area, communal sea view roof terrace, communal sea view gardens, own secure surf cage. The space Beautiful open plan living room and kitchen with breakfast bar and four bar stools. L shaped double sofa bed plus another sofa. Small table and chairs. Mezzanine office area with glass desk, office chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse, USB etc. Lovely en-suite main bedroom; second twin bedroom and family bathroom. Bedlinen and towels top quality white Egyptian cotton, professionally laundered. Fully equipped utility room. Communal rooftop terrace and gardens, both with sea view (though please note the flat and patio don't have a sea view). Guest access Offroad private parking in marked bay. Two more guest parking spaces sometimes available. Additional onroad parking just outside apartment block. Other things to note In July and August, we can only accept 5 nights minimum bookings. In other months, we accept 3 nights minimum bookings.
