There are two bedrooms on the lower floor and a master bedroom on the upper floor. All bedrooms have ample clothes and luggage storage and en-suite bathrooms, and two of the bedrooms have work desks. No expense has been spared on the king-size (200 x 180 cm) beds themselves, which are luxuriously comfortable. With a very spacious living and entertaining area, a stylish fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a beautifully tranquil swimming pool (7m x 3m, with a depth of 1.5m) with sundeck, this villa will feel like your home away from home and make the perfect base from which to explore the delights of Seminyak and beyond. Fast, stable fiber-optic wi-fi is available throughout the villa. * Note : Our car park is strictly for one car only for each villa. Our laneway will fits with medium size car ( APV, AVANZA and INOVA)if you bring a BIG car please do communicate with us before you made the bookings ) Guest access All areas of the villa are for the guest's private use. You'll see these in action during your stay, including our staff wearing masks, gloves and apron while cleaning the villa. * We sanitize high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs * We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination * We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists * We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay * We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines * Our villa staff is subject to temperature and health checks each morning, and we monitor their health closely. Other things to note: While we welcome children, please note that there is an open swimming pool, and stairs leading to the second level. We are more than happy to organize pool fencing, baby cots and other kid's amenities for you (subject to an additional charge). If you are planning to drive your own car...the gang leading into the villa is quite narrow so if you have a larger car you may not be comfortable if you are not used to small gangs. Local drivers have no problem though so it just depends on what you are used to...
