Finished walkout basement only a short distance to the campus. The entire basement is yours with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Bedroom - full size bed Common area - Two queen beds and one full size bed. Setup will be different depending on number of guests full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, full shower , TV, Cable, WIFI. An ideal location for football weekends or graduation! When you book let me know how many beds needed. The space We are located in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to downtown and campus (less than 4 miles to Beaver Stadium). You also have access to a bike path that would take you to the campus/downtown within minutes. Great place for families with small kids. Our large backyard is a great place for kids to play. We can accommodate 2 vehicles in the right side of the driveway and there is free street parking. Guest access Guests have access to entire basement with dedicated access keyless entry through the basement door. Other things to note For those with cat allergies, two cats live upstairs that seldom comes into the basement
