Single room with private bathroom

The space The single room is part of a wide flat where we live in (3-6 people in relation to the presence of some components of the family) It has a reserved bathroom with bathtub (no proper shower, but we adapted it to so it is possible to use it as a shower as well) for the whole period of permanence. Other spaces which can be used by the guest are the living room, the terrace, the garden (front yard), and if there is the wish our company and all the possible information that we can give about our territory. It is always possible for guests to use our extra bicycle. There is no problem with arrival and departure time, but we ask you to tell us at least one day in advance at what time you expect to arrive and check our availability. We don't smoke, and so is not allowed to smoke inside the house, but we have a wide nice terrace where is possible to do that. There is car place reserved, in the backyard with 24/24 access. The breakfast is in the Italian way and can be shared with the rest of the family. We use preferably foods that come from the fair trade and/or certified organic. We live 7 minutes by foot from Mestre railway and bus station which means that's possible to reach Venice by bus or train in 20 minutes at any time during the day and night (the bus run continuously just less frequently during the night). At the train station stops also the bus which goes to the main Airport (Marco Polo). The bus is every 30 minutes and takes circa 30 minutes to reach the airport.
