Electric/ water/ gas The space This is a new, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, both with bathtub, sofa bed in living room. Spacious kitchen with breakfast table and anything you might need for your holiday or long term stay. Private pool for your building, and only a 10 min walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve :) Guest access You have full access inside the apartment, plus you get a key for the garage to park your car and to the pool area. Other things to note *Note: For guests staying 4 weeks or longer bills like Electricity / water and Gas bills are to be paid extra also firewood in some cases. If you would like us to clean during your long term stay and clean + change sheets bedding there is an extra fee of 50 euros. This only applies for long term winter guests between October and April .
