My 2 BR, 1 study, 2 Bath home is a one story open design with beamed ceilings. The patio is large, with pleasant yard and hammock under a pergola. It is a few miles from Stanford and downtown Palo Alto, which has many restaurants and an Apple store. The space The study has a large 42' TV and a sofa. There is a small TV in the kitchen. WiFi is available The kitchen has all electric appliances and a micro., a granite counter. dishwasher and disposal. There is also a washer and dryer available. Guest access The whole house will be available, with the exception of one locked closet and dresser. No extra renters . Only a maximum of four people in this house. Other things to note The house is in a pleasant neighborhood, with many families who own and do not rent. There is one busy street nearby and the train can been heard when it goes through the area.
