A private master suite offers a queen size bed in the bedroom with a slider to small balcony, full bath w/ skylight and a quiet reading spot separate from the bedroom w/ skylight. This level is also partially open to overlook the living space below. The main level host a spacious living and dining area, kitchen and half bath. Lofted ceilings, a slider and skylight fill the room with sun. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and utensils, a new range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and small appliances to cook a great meal. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table or on the large deck, which also has an electric grill, table, chairs, and umbrella. The lower level has two bedrooms, each with one Queen bed and two twins( bunks or a daybed with a trundle). A full bathroom with washer and dryer and small living area to watch TV or play games is also part of the lower level. Just adjacent from the unit, you will find the pool and tennis court. The back part of the property you can find trails to walk or in the winter cross country ski. The neighborhood is wonderful... While you are just a few miles from countless activities, shops, and restaurants, it is very quiet! The streets are perfect for taking a peaceful bike ride or walk with loved ones. This multi-level unit provides plenty of space to relax and enjoy family time. Park right at the door in the two spaces allocated for the unit. Do not feel like cooking? There is a plethora of great restaurants. Owner will supply pillows, comforters and blankets for all beds. Linens and towels are made available. . This is reflected in the cleaning fee.
