CASCINA VERCELLONA

Just a 30-minute drive from downtown Turin, Cascina Vercellona is the perfect place to start exploring Monferrato. The house (part of the farmhouse) has been recently renovated with quality materials and is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a living area with an equipped kitchen, living room and a small bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower (and washing machine). Free private parking. Free WiFi The space The farmhouse is surrounded by six hectares of private land that can be explored through some paths. In front of the house is a large, sunny lawn, equipped with a table and chairs, umbrellas and deck chairs to enjoy moments of relaxation. Guest access The part of the farmhouse where guests stay consists of half of the entire farmhouse. The other half is occasionally inhabited by a couple of very quiet and nice friends. Everyone has their own part of the lawn in front of the house, equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrellas for personal use.
