Private rooms in a house with modern and understated decor and a very pleasant garden. The house is a 5-minute walk from the tram and located 2 km from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. The price shown is for one room (2 travelers) but it is possible to rent a 2nd room with a supplement for 2 additional travelers: contact me. 2nd room possible only for 24 hours not the rest of the year. I think you'll feel good there I have 2 cats in my house who are very nice and discreet. Guest access Guests have access to the garden, kitchen and living room. During your stay I always try to respond as quickly as possible to messages sent via the site. Other things to note The street where I live allows easy and free parking. Possibility to use my garage if you have a motorcycle.
