3000 Farnam 5B is located in Midtown Omaha right across from beautiful Turner Park and Midtown Crossing. All the way up Farnam as well as circling Turner park, excellent dining is available. Modern Love (which is literally across the street) is recognized as one of the top vegetarian restaurants in the United States. Free parking is available along the east side of building (30th Street) and South side on parking lot opposite Farnam Street entrance (leased from Mutual of Omaha). WELCOME to 5B: Condo with large balcony partially overlooking Turner Park, building security uses Fob on black box to right of door to building and to right on each floor; air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, laundry room access, free parking, Wifi work desk with wireless charger built in. 5B is ideally designed to accommodate two guests. However, the large couch in living room is a trundle bed that will comfortably accommodate a third guest if needed. Free parking is available directly across the street from Farnam Street entrance. Keycafe with key to door and Fob for entry into building and onto each floor is located to the left in Entrance on the West wall. Press Blue Button. Select Key Pickup. Enter Code that you have been sent and box will open with key and Fob. At end of stay, simply leave keys on the kitchen table. Attached Fob is only needed for entry, not leaving floors nor the building. Have a great stay and enjoy the view. The entire 1 bed Condo with full bath and kitchen and balcony overlooking Turner Park and Midtown Crossing and Mutual of Omaha Headquarters. The Condo is available after 1:00 pm. At the Entrance of the Condos at 3000 Farnam (30th and Farnam) there is a Keycafe mounted on West wall (to the left). Using Touchscreen you will Enter the Code we message to you and a box will open with key for unit and FOB for opening building doors and the doors on each floor when you get off elevator. The sensor for the FOB to open doors to building and doors on each floor is the square black box to right of the doors. (The Keycafe has a touchscreen. Press blue button. Press Key Pickup. Enter Code. Your box will pop open. ) Excellent restaurants are available very near by. Events in park can include Jazz on the Green, Movie nights in Summer, and concerts and fairs in Turner Park. Free parking available. The bus stops to go up Farnam or down town to the Old Market are within 20 yards of 3000 Farnam. Each floor has a dedicated laundry room with two washers and two dryers. The are located in the center of building on each floor and door to spacious laundry room in center of building on each floor is on the South side.
