Charming family home in Montreux with jacuzzi

Spacious 200 m² villa ideally located in a quiet, green neighborhood, just 5 minutes by car from the center of Montreux and 10 minutes from Vevey (bus stop just a short walk away). Fully equipped and tastefully decorated with care, the villa offers all the comfort you need for a great stay. Enjoy a large sunny terrace, a private garden, a relaxing jacuzzi, a barbecue for outdoor meals, and a ping-pong table for fun and friendly moments The space We only rent our house when we go on holidays. That’s why, when we go explore the world, we rent out our home. Our house is a true home, warm and full of life, the perfect place for a comfortable and welcoming stay. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, bright living room with direct access to the terrace, garden, and jacuzzi. This level also includes a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms: • one master bedroom with a private bathroom, • one wing with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, • and another wing with two additional bedrooms and a separate bathroom. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a drying machine. Guest access The entire house is available for rent and has its own private entrance, garden and jacuzzi. Please note that a separate entrance in the basement leads to an independent studio, which is rented. The basement also includes a laundry area (washing machine and dryer) as well as an ironing space, which are shared with the studio. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Our very friendly cat always stays at the house and spends most of the time outside. We ask our guests to feed him during their stay. The house is ideal for 6 guests, but it can accommodate up to 8 people upon request. There are two parking spaces inside the property. Two bicycles are also available for your use. Upon request, we can arrange a cleaning service during your stay, provided by a trusted person, for an additional cost. Parties are not allowed, in order to respect the peace of the neighborhood and ensure a quiet environment for everyone. The area is absolutely stunning all year round. In summer, you can enjoy the beautiful lakeside beaches nearby. In July, don’t miss the famous Montreux Jazz Festival — a must-see event in the region. Nature lovers will appreciate the easy access to forest hikes, nearby mountains, and the iconic terraced vineyards of Lavaux. In winter, ski slopes are just 20 minutes away, and in December, the region comes alive with the renowned Montreux Christmas Market.
