Garden apartment downstairs of an old chalet

Two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, shower room, toilet, hallway. Simple, functional. Rustic furniture. Linen provided on request. Parking spaces on the grounds. Self access. Wi-Fi Part of the land, partially shaded, is reserved for the occupants of the apartment at the bottom of the chalet (bounded by the flower beds and the portico) The space The apartment is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by independent chalets and large plots, close to the small Lac des Bois, not far from the charming old village of the same name. Exceptionally wide view facing the mountains. Chamonix: 30 min walk, 10 min by car or bus Ski slopes: Flégère 10 min walk. Argentieres/Lognan: 10 minutes by car or bus. Le Tour: 15 min Guest access Access to the cottage by a small dirt road. Don't follow the GPS, follow my instructions. Winter: In case of heavy snowfall, provide the necessary equipment or leave the car in the parking lot at the end of the lake 150 m away. Snow removal is done only on request according to the weather, once a week at our expense. Independent access to the apartment (2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, toilet, hallway). Shared laundry room accessible through the hallway.. The bed linen and towels are rented in addition (€20 double bed, €12 single bed). It is requested to strip the beds (fitted sheets and duvet covers) and group them together. Don't forget to close the doors and windows and drop recycling and garbage in the mollocks located next to the parking lot at the end of the lake.
