My home is a cosy, small, characteristic place in the middle of the old town. It dates back to last century, fully renovated. 3 levels connected by stairs: kitchen at the ground floor, living/dining on the first floor,1 bedroom on the second floor. The best part is a beautiful roof terrace overlooking a 13th century church. On the terrace it is also possibile to enjoy lunch/dinner. All facilities are new, fridges, microwave, washing machine. The house is completely furnished and decorated. The space Due to the nature of the property it is perfect for 2 people.. The only bed is the bedroom bed. The other 2 are sofa, so they are not as comfortable as a bed . So perfect for 2, could accomodate 4 with less comfort, on the sofabed. It is not suitable for families with small children or for people who have problems with stairs ( you can see them in the photos). Those could be a problem for people with limited mobility or old people. Guest access Guests can access every part of the house. Other things to note This home was for me a dream come true. I wanted it to be a place of calm and rest for my family and my guests to explore my beautiful region. I chose to have no TV in the house, no Wifi, only books, and comfy armchairs where to read and enjoy the atmosphere. As all the old houses in the area and it has a certain distinctive smell at the bottom floor, due to the fresh ancient walls, a charming rooftop. Please keep in mind those features when you book to avoid disappointment: no wifi, no tv, a bit of a old home smell, a wonderful rooftop. Plenty of beauty.
