The space Located in Maduewan, surrounded by lush vegetation, the 140 m² Ventana villa has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Relax on the terrace around the saltwater pool (6 m x 4 m) and enjoy sunbathing or the summer lounge while enjoying the surrounding nature. The bright living room with large sliding glass doors opens onto the terrace with pool. The fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave oven, gas stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans... overlooks the dining room that can accommodate 6 people. Discover the originality of the living room with its large round window that brings a special touch, this alcove is a place conducive to soothing. You will find a comfortable sofa with a smart TV, fiber optic internet connection and several board games to spend a special moment with friends and family. The air-conditioned master suite with its large round window has a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a walk-in closet, a dressing table and a bathroom with walk-in shower (hot water) and toilet. The second air-conditioned bedroom has 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) convertible into a king-size bed on request, a dressing room, a vanity and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (hot water) and toilet. The two bedrooms, attached to the rest of the house around the pool, each have an independent entrance. Included during your stay are linens (sheets, towels, bath towels) and high-speed Wi-Fi. For long stays, cleaning of the villa and change of linens will be done once a week. We also provide a crib with bars, high chair and small bathtub. Upon request, please let us know when booking. To facilitate your stay, we can take care of booking your activities: Ang Thong National Marine Park excursions, private yoga classes, in-home massage, car rental... Guest access The villa is completely private and guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: Electricity is included up to 40 kWh per day or 280 THB, beyond this consumption, it will be charged to the guest (1 kWh = 5 baht) However, we encourage the environmentally friendly use of the island's resources, we strongly advise our customers to turn off air conditioning and other electrical appliances in their absence, our staff are authorized to enter the interior to turn off electrical appliances in your absence. Check-in is between 2pm and 10pm, unless previously arranged with us, the owners. Checkout is no later than 11 a.m., unless previously arranged with us, the owners. Avoid flushing toilet paper, wet wipes and other sanitary items down the toilet, in case of clogged toilets, customers will be required to pay compensation and we reserve the right to charge for damages and the cost of the worker to repair it. Put all garbage in the designated bins. Guests must allow maintenance personnel access to the premises at the agreed time (pool maintenance and cleaning services). We understand that during the Full Moon Party or other party period, many of our guests will want to dress up and use fluorescent body paint. We recommend that you do not use this indelible paint. Any item damaged or stained by this paint will be at your expense. Drugs and weapons are not permitted on the premises. Thailand has a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs, plainclothes police officers may witness the facts or possibly visit villas in the case of drug control. Guests will be responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repair or replacement to correct the damage found at the end of the stay in accordance with the inspection.
