Chicago – Charming loft in authentic Ardèche

Located between Valence and Montélimar, at the foot of the Ardèche hills, this authentic building in local stone overlooks the charming little village of Baix. It offers a splendid view of the banks of the Rhône, where the Viarhona passes and faces the mountains of the Drôme Provençale. Two fully restored houses are nestled in the heart of a terraced garden, enclosed and very quiet. The residence offers several fully independent lofts that can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Located in a part of the two buildings, on the ground floor, the Chicago loft studio has an area of 22 m2. This loft is the smallest in the residence, but it is cozy and will be a charming little base for a single person or couple. It consists of: On the ground floor, a small perfectly equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, glass hobs, refrigerator), a bathroom with contemporary shower and toilet, a small relaxation area with TV and free WIFI. On the mezzanine, accessible by a slightly steep staircase, a bedroom with a double bed of 140. You will have access to the garden and the panoramic terrace, to share with other guests, where tables and armchairs await you for a relaxing time. A closed garage is at your disposal on request, to drop off your bicycles or motorcycles. We do not charge a cleaning fee, but you will be asked to leave the property clean upon checkout.
